Veronica Jones

President and Chief Executive Officer

Veronica Jones leads Jones Global Foundation {JGF} in fulfilling its mission as well as charting the course for the long-term strategic vision and health of the foundation.

​

Veronica Jones shapes and approves strategies and

advocates for the Jones Global Foundation program initiatives. She reviews results and sets the organization's overall direction.

​

Serving as CEO/President  for Jones Global Foundation ,Veronica works closely with community leaders, faith leaders, political leaders and with {Ruby Jones} JGF- President of U.S. Programs. Veronica demonstrates the JGF value and public service through her work as program advisor, JGF program development and daily communications with the public and with the JGF team. She serves as the chief spokeswomen for the JGF organization.

She was raised in a devout Christian and Military family. Coley Jones Jr. Veronica's  father is a retired Chief Warrant Officer-5 U.S. Army is now a successful businessman.

Veronica mother, Ruby Jones is a Teacher /Parenting Consultant {Retired Civil Service} her parents demonstrated and taught both Veronica and her sister Anastasia the importance of service, giving back and community engagement.

​

Veronica became a Mental Health Advocate and Youth crime prevention Advocate as a youth and started her community involvement during Junior High, High School, College, with the NAACP, Political organizations, Church/Faith based organizations, Mental Health, Victim Rights and Civil Rights organizations.

​

Veronica has dedicated her life to Jesus Christ, to the betterment of her community and our nation as a whole. She continues to remain as a dedicated Advocate, striving for change, civil rights and justice for all. Veronica was born at Fort Campbell Kentucky. As a military family member she values the privilege of living several places and traveling throughout the United States, Europe and aboard. Veronica’s worldwide travel has allowed her the opportunity to embrace and experience personal and professional relations with a diversity of people from various backgrounds and cultures.

 

Veronica professional work background is in the following areas: Mental Health, Education, Mentorship, Communications, Social Justice {speciality juvenile justice/victims rights} and Politics {speciality Campaigns, Strategic Development}. Family OutReach/Community Development. She graduated from Seventy First High School, Fayetteville, NC. Veronica is an Alumnae of both  HardBarger Business Christian College and Liberty University {majors; Communication, Psychology and Christian Counseling}.

 

Prior to becoming the Founder and CEO/President of Jones Global Foundation, she served in high level leadership positions at various institutions. She served as Program Coordinator,  later promoted to Executive Program Director for Service Source ES, for the Warrior Bridge Veterans/Military Family Services {formally known as PWI Program}, Executive Director for Family Alternatives/Mental Health In Corporation, { later she was promoted to Regional MH Education Director},  Qualified Mental HealthProfessional/Case Management Supervisor for Cumberland County MentalHealth,  Clinical Research Associate III for  Henry M. Jackson Foundation, MH Educational Coordinator  for CC Mental Health, Case Management/Lead Counselor at Communicare Organization/Juvenile Assessment Center {United Way}, Business Community Coordinator/Trainer at {Blueprint NC} and CEO/ President for T.H.IN.K and Associates.

 

Veronica's work in Politics includes the following: Community Outreach Coordinator { President Barack Obama Campaign}, NC. Regional Women for Clinton Coordinator {President Bill Clinton Campaign}. Communications Director/Community Liaison. Veronica has successfully served in leadership positions  on several winning campaigns.

​

Veronica Jones has over 35+ plus years of professional work leadership experiences combined in Mental Health, Social Justice, Communications. She discontinued working full-time, for corporate America, in 2016 and received a successful retirement. August 2016, Veronica embraced her new journey, shifting from Part time Entrepreneurship to Full Time Entrepreneurship.

 

She has served on numerous appointed advisory boards for regional and national organizations and for Universities.

Veronica Jones is a Former Advisory Board member for: Methodist University {Loyalty Visitors Advisory Board} and for Fayetteville State University { Student- KC Program, Advisory Board}, Urban Development Planning Commission {City of Fayetteville}, March of Dimes, Cumberland County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, {Advisory Board}, Cumberland County Board of Health {Advisory Board}, CC Social Service Board, CC Workforce Development {Advisory Board},  BUILD Council NC {Advisory Board} Chamber of Commerce {Women's Business Advisory Committee}.Radio Host/Personality {Our Voice Your Committee, WIDU 1600 Radio}, Vote NO to the Referendum Political organization {VP/Advisory Board}  

 

Veronica Jones is a life term Health/Wellness Advocate {Mental Health} and Crime Victims Advocate {Restorative Justice} 

 

Currently Veronica serves on the following Advisory Boards and enjoys membership with the following organizations: Church Women United { Advisory Board} NAACP { Religious Affairs Committee and NAACP Social Justice Committee }, National Alliance of Mental Health {  NAMI Political/Policy Advocacy Teacher certified} Girls Are Worthy Advisory Board,NC BWRT General Baptist Association, BeautySpot Missionary Baptist Church { member} JGF/Ambassadors { Board of Trustees}.
